A local guy who's been paying attention.
I started in a grocery store: front end, back end, budgets, scheduling, the works. Eleven years ago I joined Centercode, climbed from research into process design, then services, then marketing. I've done user research, product, demand generation, technical marketing, content, event hosting, and speaking. And I've been taking machines apart since I was a kid; I built my first computer at eight and never really stopped.
When GPT showed up at the end of 2022, I felt what I felt about the Internet as a kid. I've built with AI every day since, not as the product, but as the fastest way I've found to get a small business seen, chosen, and running lighter.
I live in Rancho Santa Margarita. I coach Little League and girls' softball. I'm a creative problem solver who cares more about whether your business is better in a year than whether I sold you something today.

Why I do this at all.
Seven things sit underneath every conversation I have with a business owner.
The limit is human, not AI.
Small business owners don't have the time, energy, or learned skill to apply AI well, and that's the real gap. I help close it without selling you snake oil.
AI is not easy. Good results take reps.
Anyone telling you it's plug-and-play is selling something. AI proficiency is a muscle. I've put in three-plus years of reps and I'm happy to do them with you.
Show your work.
Most consultants protect their mystique. I give you the playbook, step by step, then let you decide if you want to build it yourself or hire me to do it.
Time back is the real ROI.
The deepest win isn't revenue. It's the hour you didn't spend on a paper job ticket. The night you didn't spend in the office. The grandkid you actually saw on Sunday.
Hire the robots for the robot work.
The scheduling, the follow-ups, the back-office grind. That's what AI is for. It does it all day, never complains, and hands you back the hours. You stay the human your customers actually want.
Local + in-person is the moat.
I'm not an agency in Irvine. I might be your customer. I coach little league. I show up at your shop with a notepad. That's how trust gets built.
Good marketing connects, it doesn't chase.
The point isn't to sell to everyone. It's to connect the people who have a problem to the business that'll actually solve it. If I believe in what you do, I want everyone who needs it to find you. That's the whole difference between marketing and the skeezy version.
That's me. Your turn.
Tell me about your business over a coffee, anywhere in South Orange County.
